If I order more than the minimum yardage will the fabric be cut in one continuous piece?
Yes, unless otherwise stated we will always do our best to sell you one continuous piece of fabric. If we are not able to fill your order with one continuous piece, we will contact you.
Can I purchase less than 1/2 yard?
We sell most yardage in increments of 1/4 yard, beginning at cuts that are a minimum of 1/2 yard.
We also offer a selection of single fat quarters throughout the shop. Click on the collection listings labeled "Single Fat Quarters" for availability.
Can I add to an order?
If you want to add to, change or cancel your order, contact us ASAP. We pack our orders and print shipping labels quickly but will do our best to accommodate your request. Unfortunately, if a fabric order has already been cut, we cannot cancel that portion of the order without charging a restocking fee.
When will my order ship?
We ship as quickly as possible and do our best to ship within 1-3 business days. Typically, within 24-48 hours.
Do you offer shipping insurance?
Priority shipping includes shipping up to $50 and $100 dependent on the Priority Envelope or Box. Yes, you can purchase additional shipping insurance on packages. Please contact us if you desire additional insurance for your order.
What happens if my package is sent to the wrong address, damaged, lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages once it is in the possession of the USPS (United States Postal Service). If an incorrect address was provided at checkout and a package is returned to us, we will send the buyer an invoice for a new shipping label and resend the package to the correct mailing address once we receive payment for the new shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding.
What if an item on my order is out of stock?
Occasionally, we may be short or out of an item in your order. As soon as we are aware of an issue, we will contact you by email. If we are unable to contact you by email after 1 week, we will cancel your order. If you have any questions about an order or have not received an expected order, please send an email so that we can get back to you as soon as possible.
Where do you ship?
Our shop is set up for US shipping only. If interested in International shipping, please contact us. Please note that International buyers are responsible for any custom fees or taxes of any kind.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates vary by according to the items in your order. Shipping will be calculated on the check-out page.
Do you offer fabric swatches?
We do not offer swatches.
