Unavailable Inventory
We do our best to keep inventory updated. On rare occasions, we may be a little short on yardage once we reach the end of a bolt. If we cannot fulfill your entire order, we will email you. If we do not receive a response to our email within 24 hours or you cannot be contacted via email, we will refund your account accordingly and send what we have in stock.
Pre-Order Policy
We offer pre-orders on anticipated fabric lines or products. These items will be clearly identified as a PRE-ORDER in the listing with an estimated date/month of arrival to the shop. Pre-orders are shipped in a timely manner once the items are received from the manufacturer.
When you purchase a pre-order item you are reserving an item for future delivery at the estimated arrival date given by the manufacturer and stated in the listing. We do not have the item currently in stock.
Please be aware that manufacturer release dates are not always accurate. From time to time they experience delays that affects their original release date which is out of our control. We will do our best to contact you as soon as we receive notice of any undue delay or other issue from the manufacturer.
Please know that all pre-order sales are final unless on the rare occurrence that an order cannot be fulfilled due to the fault of the manufacturer. We appreciate your understanding.
Should you request a cancellation of any unshipped preorder, a 20% restocking fee will be charged against your refund, if cancellation is approved.
IMPORTANT : Should your shopping cart contains BOTH pre-order items and in-stock items, your entire order will be held until the pre-order items are ready to ship. If you want any in-stock items to ship immediately, please place a separate order for in-stock items and a separate order for pre-order items.

Shipping
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages once it is in the possession of the USPS (United States Postal Service). If an incorrect address was provided at checkout and a package is returned to us, we will send an invoice for a new shipping label and resend the package to the correct mailing address once we receive payment for the additional shipping costs.
