Returns & Refunds
We ♥ our customers and want you to be satisfied with your order. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for the return, so we can do our best to make your order right.
If you are truly unhappy with your purchase, please send us a friendly email within 3 days of receipt of the fabric (delivered date). The customer will be responsible for shipping the fabric back. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any refund and if the original order qualified for free shipping, any shipping costs incurred by our shop will be also be applied to any refund. Returned fabric must be free of hair of any kind adhered to it, stains, cuts, smoke, or any odor. We reserve the right to refuse the returned fabric if it is not in new and unused condition.
Items not returnable: Pre-orders, 1/2 yard cuts or smaller, sale fabric, discounted fabric during a sale, patterns, quilt kits, remnants and destash items eligible for a return with no exceptions.
Cancelled fabric orders that have not yet shipped, but have already been custom cut will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.
We kindly ask that you contact us before shipping your item back to us, as returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send an email to the email address on the order to notify you that we have received the returned item. If your return is approved, we will process your refund. A credit will be applied to the original method of payment within 7-10 days. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return was due to a mistake on our part.
If a refund is late or missing, before contacting us, please check with your bank or credit card company. It may be several days before a refund is posted to your account.
If for some reason, we cannot approve your return, we will contact you to make arrangements to send the item back to you.
